Short-term hire from showroom stock across Hong Kong, delivered and collected. Property staging, photo shoots, exhibitions and events.
Show flats and vacant properties. An empty room photographs cold and reads smaller than it is. A rug fixes both.
Interiors, product shoots and set dressing, with same-week turnaround where stock allows.

We deliver and lay the rug. Access matters more than people expect in Hong Kong buildings — lift dimensions, stair turns and loading bay hours. Tell us when you book.
We collect at the end. Normal use is expected and not charged for. Significant damage or staining is charged at the cost of putting it right, quoted before we proceed.
Rates depend on the size and value of the piece. Longer hires cost proportionally less.
If you buy the rug at the end of the hire, the rental fee comes off the purchase price. Clients staging a property quite often end up doing exactly that.
Stock is finite and there is only one of most pieces. Around Chinese New Year, and during the spring and autumn art and design weeks, the good rugs go quickly. If your date is fixed, book as far ahead as you can.
A single day. Most staging hires run two to four weeks, and most shoots take a rug for two or three days.
Normal use is expected and not charged for. Significant damage or staining is charged at the cost of cleaning or repair, and we quote that before proceeding rather than billing you afterwards.
Usually. Tell us the lift dimensions, stair turns and loading bay hours when you book — a six-metre rug and a small Hong Kong lift are a problem worth knowing about in advance.
Only if it is already in stock. Custom rugs are woven to order over several months, so they cannot be rented.
